I don’t smoke or drink but I’m a guerrilla capitalist and love to see these behavior control laws flouted at every opportunity.

Quit cold turkey in March of ‘86.
It took a full five years to quit reaching for one in my shirt pocket...

Yeah....

I wish and hope that we can exhibit the same sort of resistance to the federal government at the State level.

I think it’s about that time to do it again...

If you look hard you can see signs of federalism returning as the result of Barry-O.

I drink, but don’t generally smoke.

Went to a cigar bar in DC with a bunch of DC Chapter Freepers a few years back.

I loved it. There was something deliciously anti-liberal about smoking a big cigar in a large crowd of people.

Who are also smoking.

I don't either. In a free country, though, the business owner makes those decisions to allow or not allow it.

Not that there is more than 1 person in 3 anymore who has any idea what a free country looks like.
