Very interesting. Something tells me that one or both of the following is going on here: (1) she’s got a major health issue, and/or (2) she has no intention of running for the White House anyway.

(3) She is undergoing extensive plastic surgery and on a crash diet to make her look more youthful than her age of 69 at the time of the election. She may also be getting some tutoring on pop culture. Hillary is definitely running. Podesta has quit his WH job to help run the campaign.
Under the heading of “socialism is the perfect system, if only we had the right people in charge”; she doesn’t have to do anything. Her chances of election are exactly the same now as they will be a year from now unless she suffers some kind of medical issue. She is immune from scandal and will probably run on a platform of “Same progressive issues championed by 0bama except I am the new leader who will not make any of the mistakes he did”. She will reverse the Republican pre-2014 strategy of just keeping her mouth shut and letting the Repubs beat each others’ brains out.
She will glorify the historical significance of allowing the Dems to elect the first woman president. That way the impetus is already in their twisted little heads, she need do nothing. She will collect astronomically large amounts of money for her campaign and spray it out everywhere to Dem candidates.

I would add a third possibility: She has undergone some plastic surgery or botox so she can hide her age better.
She is running.
Her plan is to pretend not to so her Sugar Daddies throw more $$$ at her to try and keep her in the race.

She’s going to run third party, or as the Clintons call it “Third Way” or “Triangulation”.
She’s going to run against both Obama’s radical left and the republican radical right and present herself as a moderate running on Bill Clinton’s “moderate” coattails.

I am sorry to say I believe that this is all wishful thinking. She can delay because no one is running against her on the Democrat side. She is the front runner without spending ANY money. The longer she can stay behind the curtain, the better for her. When she announces, she actually has to present some kind of so called platform and message. Then she opens herself up to attacks.
This will allow time for the plastic surgery scars to heal. She feels that by July she won’t look like an old crone. It also gives the media more time to rewrite her history
