The constitution itself is good. Let’s force the left to abide in it.
How? No such way to “Force” exists, other than feel-good fingerpunching text on the internet.
These amendments are designed to do exactly that. They are structural.
The states get a say in overruling an outrageous Supreme Court decision. The states get a say in overruling economically damaging regulations.
