It’s either indecision or perhaps that Japanese prisoner has already been killed, so now, they have plenty of time to negotiate. Time will tell. I had hoped that Japan was going to cut loose a surprise Ninja attack, under the light of the Full Moon, putting the ICE into ISIS, as it were, but maybe they aren’t that well structured militarily, and you know Obama won’t lift a ‘pen or a cell phone’ to help them.
Is it just me, or is ISIS oddly backing down. Normally they would have done something by now, but they’re giving the other side more time to give in.
