I have to give Excel it’s due. It is a really great piece of software. I wished I was an Excel guru but I work around a few.

Agreed. For a small office, Excel can be made to cover a great many functions provided you get into the VB programming. I used to do things for my office that made less computer savvy people think I was some kind of genius.
