Sarah Palin is the only candidate who BOTH sees through the GOPe AND can reach the white working class (and former white middle class). Describing these groups as "conservative" is kind of inaccurate - in some ways they are, in some ways they are not.

But believing that they will vote for a President whose wife works for Goldman Sachs is plain crazy, IMO.

If the Uniparty grip on power can be broken peacefully (which I doubt), only a candidate like Our Lady of Wasilla can do it.

A person who drives a car "conservatively" is restrained in how he uses that car. A person who drives a car "liberally" drives it a lot and all over the place. A cook who is "conservative" with spices, is restrained in how he uses them. A cook who is "liberal" with spices, uses them a lot, open-handedly, liberally.

How do you define "conservative" in politics, Jim? What would be an accurate description of a "conservative" group?

I think you're correct.

Very good post.

The problem is, only the very wealthy are currently represented in either party.

That leave a WHOLE LOT of the rest of us (sorry but most even here don’t fit that category) who are still looking for someone to saddle up, bring American jobs back to America, and to expect everyone contribute. In their own way.

The big problem is, we are currently just making China rich.

China doesn’t even allow Americans to immigrate. Why aren’t we making OURSELVES rich?

America needs jobs. Right here.

Palin. Cruz. Anyone stand up, right now, for working Americans.
