- a 4.0 GPA tennis player who lives in an tony frat house and wears Abercrombie and Fitch, and

A 4.0 GPA frat tennis (or Lacrose, etc.) player deserves the same level of presumption of innocence as a 2.1 GPA, grill wearing football player.
The accusation is a very serious accusation.
The outcome can ge decades to a lifetime in jail.

And add alcohol into the situation and you are going to get all kinds of date rape. I feel bad for these young women. They must limit their drinking in these social situations. They have to be more in control of what happens as far as sex. They have to cover up too, Those scanty clothes and tattoos are making the young guys think you are available for sex. Maybe you are but then you might get date raped by Joe college boy or the black football player on the college team
