Graduated 2nd in class from Stanford - one of the most
competitive universities in the country ........
He’s a very smart man.
I’ve always liked him and now I know why. He is really smart!
Played 2nd half of NFC Championship against Packers with one
arm after suffering sprained elbow
Could see was in real pain.......
Watched it all. Mom and Dad still married. Mom and Dad can speak English. Mom and Dad work very hard. Mom and Dad did not make up names for their kids. Do you think there is something up with this theory the kids raised in two parent houses do better in life?
Great video. Thanks for sharing. Still... that young man needs a haircut.
So, we all know we’d do it differently....
His way may actually have a better impact for the audience that needs it most.
Have YOU made a bigger, positive impact with your talents?
(Rhetorical question)
I thought you were talking about Richard Sherman of the Sherman Brothers who wrote all those great Disney songs.
He may go down as the best db ever.
i am no fan, but he is NO thug... he is smart, competitive, athletic, deliberate... obnoxious? sure... but so what... i bet in person he is fascinating...
What an impressive family... great post doug...
Yo, Rich, have a great Super Bowl. God bless you, Mister Sherman. *And that’s from a dyed in the wool Packers fan*
What makes him such a great CB is that he was a WR when he was recruited to Stanford. He understands routes and can think like a WR. But due to team needs, he switched to the CB position. Who was his coach HC? Jim Harbaugh. Now, Richard doesn’t seem to like Jim because he thinks he bad mouthed him prior to the draft and didn’t like his style of coaching. But, Jim probably did imprint one thing that Richard fails to realize or just won’t admit. The will to battle and compete.
Go Blue.
Impressive. Thanks for posting that.
Jim Harbaugh really turned the Stanford program around, bringing in great student athletes like Sherman and Andrew Luck, and David Shaw is continuing to build on that success. Stanford needs to hang on to Shaw.
Great story and wonderful family.
He seems OK but for God’s sake get rid of the dreadlocks and the earrings. Its repulsive!! Two earrings on a guy...sheesh...
Thanks for posting - really enjoyed it.
Hope is elbow is fine for the SB. I’m a hugh and series Sherman and Seahawks fan and have been a Hawks fan for years.
BTW - as the video showed, for those of you who haven’t been at a Hawks game at Century Link field - it can get LOUD (was loud in the Kingdome, too). We’re very vocal fans ;-)
