The story is krap on its face. There are no online gun sales to non-FFLD- licensed persons. An unlicensed person might run his mouth about buying a gun but it ain’t gonna happen until he/it gets a dealer to do the deal for him.

Only if the transaction is interstate. Intrastate, it’s perfectly legal to sell your firearms to your neighbor or whatever (though you are required not to do so if you know they’re prohibited).
