We do elect politicians for multiple jobs, most of which go unresolved. Do you really think that someone promising what you want is actually gong to do what you want? Who are you left to elect?
Dang, I really hate to say it (because others will tag along with you) but you are really trying to push against the thread of time so to speak. The Supreme Court has spoken so nothing you say can change that. Accept it and get along with your life. You sir are an anchor of the past (much like me actually...heh).
