This bill allows for abortions up to 20 weeks, why is there need for any Rape Exemption? A woman that has been raped has 20 weeks to solve the problem, right?
Why is there any need to put anything about Rape and Incest in this legislation?

Rape and incest should not be reasons to abort a child. They are still creations of God and deserve the right to life.
Because if a someone wants to kill their baby, all they have to do is cry “rape”.

Actually very few pregnancies stem from rape. Not many more from incest. It’s just universally understood that women must never have to bear the child of her rapist and a young girl of 12 or so should not be forced to have her father’s baby.
All you need is one commercial of a little girl big with child with a sub text to the effect that the republicans think this baby should be forced to have a baby.
So they always exempt pregnancies allegedly caused by rape or incest.
Problem is..anyone can just say they were raped. You want an abortionin the ninth month you just say you were raped...maybe say you were held hostage.
So they require a police report and at this point it’s just to complicated.
I think it’s a bad Bill. Needs to be worked on.
Never quite understand why the official position of the GOP claims they are pro-life but at same time believe it’s OK to murder an unborn child if they don’t like who the father is, as in rape and incest. A child has no control whatsover in how they were conceived. They are still a human being, with all the rights of another human being, with the basic right of life. If you don’t have the right to be born, what damn rights can’t the government take away.
