WASHINGTON — The Justice Department has begun work on a legal memo recommending no civil rights charges against a white police officer in Ferguson, Mo., who killed an unarmed black teenager in August, law enforcement officials said.
That would close the politically charged case in the shooting death of 18-year-old Michael Brown. The investigation by the F.B.I., which is complete, found no evidence to support civil rights charges against the officer, Darren Wilson, the officials said.
A broader civil rights investigation into allegations of discriminatory traffic stops and excessive force by the Ferguson Police Department remains open, however. That investigation could lead to significant changes at the department, which is overwhelmingly white despite serving a city that is mostly black.

So, the head of the Justice Dept was in Ferguson grandstanding, all the while knowing that the civil rights narrative he and others had been pushing was a farce.
Is Holder still around? Did he ever come back from Paris or did he join up with ISIS?
Their investigation was all just for show anyway. They knew they didn’t have anything from the beginning. They just wanted to incite the trouble-makers to stir up the sh*t...and keep it going for as long as they could. Looks like da race card done run out on dis case.
I am told that St. Louis is made up of 100 municipalities, each with it’s own PD and school system. I have been to St. Louis several times - the downtown area. There I saw plenty of black police. Perhaps those who come from Ferguson don’t choose to work in Ferguson and join neighboring PD’s. Just a thought!!
Yeah, they’re still looking at civil rights violations for the department which was really the issue they wanted in the first place.
One cop is great for stirring up the mob but it isn’t enough to seize control of police departments nationwide.
I think Holder’s still around. After all, he still has more terrorists to release from Gitmo to join ISIS.
Why did that cop resign from his job and walk away with nothing? He did nothing wrong.
What about the thugs who issued a bounty on Officer Wilson? Crickets..
