Measles outbreaks are blamed on hippies and others who don’t believe in vaccination NOT on invaders from other countries. The propaganda has worked. I have one question, are vaccinated children coming down with measles? If they are not, why worry about the ones that do? Since vaccination protects those who have it, there is no threat to them.

Yes, they are, but most of those infected are not vaccinated.
The biggest problem is that some people/children cannot be vaccinated, either because they are too young or because of some other health condition.
It is advantageous to everyone, including vaccinated people, to slow the spread of contagious diseases. Contagious diseases spreading and mutating is a serious concern.
