In Japan if you kill yourself by jumping in front of a train your surviving family must pay a fine for EACH PERSON DELAYED:

This is an unjustified TAKING —a tort.
These students OWE MONEY to each person delayed.
Anyone who lost money as a result of this action can sue. Just file a small claims suit. They won’t show up and you’ll win.
