INDIANAPOLIS - IMPD officers confirmed that a 13-year-old boy was shot and killed around 2 a.m. Monday near 38th and Post on the city's east side.
Officers responded to a shots fired call in the 3700 block of Decamp Drive. When they arrived, neighbors told them teens knocked on the door and told them someone had been shot. Police found a 13 year old with an apparent gunshot wound on the sidewalk. EMS personnel pronounced the victim dead at the scene.
"It's pathetic," said neighbor Monte Powell. "My son's 13. It just makes no sense. No sense. It's just...it's too much. They need to really start cracking down on a lot of stuff going on around here, you know. More neighborhood watches. Everybody just needs to come together and start doing something about what's going on." Police said at least six shots had been fired at one end of the street. The boy's body was found about six houses down.
He did not live at the home near where he was found.

A 13 year old out at 2am in that neighborhood was likely a gang banger.
Nowadays I thought the first question was - did a cop shoot him? or how can we blame this on racist police?

Many of them don’t have parents, only sperm and egg donors. The female provides the egg and a cacoon for the child to develop in. Otherwise nothing in the way of parenting. Disgusting! By the way, it has nothing to do with skin color. There are non-parents of all colors.
