What it’s going to come down to is unless you’re wealthy, you had better keep yourself VERY healthy.
After you are 65 or older, you will be on borrowed time, because no one will keep you alive if you get into trouble, unless you can write a big check to someone.

Big "change we can believe in".
Treating the population = $X for Y number of people. Everyone gets $X divided by Y people, and no more. The sick, the old, the lame - tough luck once you exceed your allotment.
And try to stay off the "don't fly / don't treat" list.
Very like the Nazi health care system.
