I had a debate of sorts recently with a black, and he sincerely believes that Obama’s going to use an EO to give “reparations” to all blacks. It seems that many believe this, so they’re holding off on doing anything to improve themselves, instead they’re simply waiting for the riches they believe will be coming their way.
However, given The Boehner/McConnell Track record...
