Boston was Locked Down totally when they were looking for the bombers....the entire place was Locked Down...SCARY in a way.
Not only that but the surrounding 'burbs...Watertown, etc...were swarming with armored and armed LEOs rousting citizens and marching them out of their houses at the point of a rifle with their hands on their heads. I wonder what the jackboots would have done if someone refused. Shoot them?
