YES! YES! YES! And let every GOP Congress critter know that if they wimp out on the people who sent them there and become RINO butt kissers, we will "Primary" them in 2016, cut-off all support to them, spend a gazillion dollars on their opponent's campaign and blow their ass into oblivion.

Yahoo seems to think this is a bad thing. When will they run scary stories about George Soros financing the riots in Ferguson to the tune of $33,000,000 or Tom Steyer’s payoffs to Democrats in the past election cycle?

Tim Phillips, president, said the AFP agenda covers three areas: <><> taxes, including repeal of the estate or death tax; <><> energy, headlined by a call to build the Keystone XL pipeline; and, <><> health care, which includes repealing the Affordable Care Act.

Good start. And let's not forget Kurt Schlichter's dictum ....."let's understand that our real goal is to destroy everything Obama stands for – his lies, elitism, the quasi-fascist dream of controlling every aspect of other people’s lives. This is the time to strike. Our enemies are on the run.....the military knows that you defeat the enemy in detail during a rout. Let's hunt them down. Let's finish off progressivism. And let's do it by not being stupid......."

I notice that AFP avoids the third rail and completely ignores a fourth point outlining spending cuts they would propose to offset the loss in revenue from the tax cuts. Do they honestly think the GOP leadership is capable of doing that on their own?

CONSERVATIVE WISH LIST --reforms must include lowering taxes, financial accountability, restricting the commerce clause,

<><> restraining the judiciary,

<><> Repealing the 17th returning the election of senators to state legislatures, and,

<><> clarifying and amending Constitution to its original intent

<><> Closing constitutional loopholes created by calculated liberal attacks using case law.

As FReeper Publius posted: The federal government follows the Constitution to the letter. Unfortunately, it's the Living Constitution, the Constitution symbolized as a Tree, the Constitution that evolves with the times even though its words never change, the Constitution of penumbras and emanations, that the federal government follows.

When the federal entity goes beyond the Constitution's words to govern by penumbras and emanations, then the states should modify the words by amendment to restrict what the federal government can and cannot do. phrases like “shall not” and “can not be infringed” are cloudy in their meanings. It’s time to take away their self designed exemptions and selective enforcement for their fellow olgiarchs.

Congress needs to live according to their own laws under Sections VII - IX. It’s called “case law”, or “precedent”. When you build an edifice of case law, you modify and change the meaning of words until they mean something that is quite different from their original intent.

I didn’t read any statement about REVERSING obama’s illegal unconstitutional actions to allow DE FACTO Amnesty ... Does the AFP and the Koch Brothers believe in overturning obama on executive Amnesty ???

I doubt it as big business wants Amnesty even at the cost of the Constitution

If the Koch brothers expect fiscal limitations, then they need to harp on social policies too. For abortion/”free sex”/Federal funding of economic hardships, guess what, people will attempt to pass their responsibilities onto the taxpayer.

The death tax is a priority? I can think of a few things that are more of a priority to middle class America than the death tax.

Jobs

Inflation

Getting Obama out of Office

Consolidating departments in the Federal Government to streamline expenses

Another one completely of the radar and probably because of the Chamber of Commerce, Big Business and the Koch Brothers all rolled up in one.

Securing the damn border.

Deporting (yes I said DEPORTING) the 30 million illegal invaders out of our damn country.

No more sanctuary cities.

Bounties on illegal invaders paid to American Citizens. Yipee Kiyyaaa MF....get out.

Arresting and jail time for the Corporate Board for hiring illegal invaders. Stick that in your corporate planning agenda.

congressional Republicans "failed miserably" a decade ago, especially on cutting the federal budget.

This has been the most frustrating part of the past 20+ years -- Hell, my entire adult life -- when it comes to politics. No one CUTS SPENDING. It never happens. Our Welfare State is a machine that keeps growing and growing and expanding and expanding. Ronald Reagan only halted the growth but did not cut it. Bush and Bush II opened up the spending spigot while claiming to be conservative. And Obama's spending is now insane. And all the time, the media makes it sound like the GOP has "cut" the budget and is starving children and the elderly.
