Does not matter what this judge does, obama will continue to do what he wants as long as the RINOs continue to cave and there is absolutely NOTHING to show that they won’t.
As mentioned many times on other threads of this subject, Obama doesn’t matter as a Preliminary Injunction Order is levied on all federal agencies AND contractors.
The ID Card is the start of a long chain of documentation that leads to Work Permits, SSNs, Drivers Licenses, State ID Cards, Federal & State Benefits including Obamacare.
Stopping the manufacture of the ID Cards stops all of the above. The manufacturer is General Dynamics in Corbin, KY. They will not violate a federal court order or they will be arrested by US Marshals.
She knows what her middle fingers are for, obviously a deeply intelligent, potentially loyal US citizen, willing to learn English and be assimilated into the greatest nation on earth./S

Why do the states even bother going to court to stop and illegal and un Constitutional action. And what if the judge is a liberal fool of the left wing communist party? The President made an illegal law and trespassed on Congress and that fact alone should be enough for the states to simply tell the monster to go scratch and shove it.
Nothing will happen to Obama. But Obama needs people to carry out his directives.
A federal court order is very strong because they have their own jails and Marshals with badges, guns and cuffs. Federal judges are not to be messed with. Although federal judges can do nothing against Barack Obama because of the separation of powers and also because the Constitution allows only Congress to remove a President, a federal judge can shut down, summons, arrest and/or incarcerate people that work in federal government or federal contractors.
So it is right that States go to court because that’s the only place they can seek protection from destructive negligence and dereliction of the Executive.
As for leftist leaning judges, yes they do exist. But not all are that way. And there is no limit to the official bodies that can bring action against Obama’s government, and they can bring it from different parts of the country. So there is a good chance that a fair judge will be found.
But if there are conflicting judge rulings, then the actions will find a path to the US Supreme Court to decide the final outcome.
But one objective is to get a temporary injunction now to stop Obama while the lawsuit gets scheduled and heard. That could take up to a year and that amount of time is needed because it puts the outcome into the election year for President.
