Indeed. Any child abuse cases I see now are nearly always involve such fluid "living arrangements."
I find it interesting that he has had a “relationship” with her for 10 years, but nowhere does it call him the father of the three year old. Either she refused to name him as the father so they wouldn’t go after him for support, or someone else is the kid’s dad, which may be partly why this scumbag did it.
