the show reduces the worthy legacy of African-American sororities to a “perverse caricature.”
all I see is racist sororities. “African American” sorority certainly doesn’t lend itself to be open to whites, hispanics or asians. Does “perverse caricature” mean that they were happily married with children? Stay at home Moms? Monogamous? How perverse is it exactly?

I know I’m making some progress in my life when I read an article like this about a TV show I’ve never heard of ... on a channel I’ve never watched. LOL.

During my mis-spent days as a Greek back in the mid-70’s, several of the traditionally White fraternities had Black members. At the same time, I have never seen a White pledge or brother associated with any of the traditionally Black fraternities.

Watch “The First 48” to see that the leading cause of death for young black people is young black people.

If it's a reality show, how can its depiction of black sorority sisters be racist? Handing a microphone to an idiot is a form of micro-aggression.
