Ron Paul thinks just like this.
So do the leftists, Marxists and Communists.
Then add in the defender of the Prophet of Islam, which Obama also claims.
This guy was Senegalese. Senegal has been independent since 1960. It’s inability to stand up to internal stress, which resulted in Mali splitting off, and its various factions (Islamists, hard line leftists, radical African nationalists, etc.) have never provided a stable environment. Well, except for a few years of a dictatorship...
Most Senegalese are Sufis, although this is changing, I believe. But AQ, with which this terrorist claims to be affiliated, doesn’t even believe that Sufis are real Muslims, so I don’t know where he’s coming from with his bizarre claims.
But there’s nothing rational about Muslim terrorist fanatics. They simply pick up bits of leftist “anticolonialist” talk and feel that this will make their Islamic lunacy more acceptable to a Western audience.
Heck, maybe it does. One of the first articles I saw about the French attacks said, “Muslims, radicalized by attacks on Iraq...” The writer conveniently forgot that the Kenya bombing, the 1st WTC bombing, 9/11 and a host of smaller attacks in foreign countries came long before Iraq.
