When it comes to terrorists, dead is good. And if the deaths of terrorists radicalize a million more terrorist sympathizers, then we need another million dead. We don’t need to bring them into custody, not to question them off the battlefield or for a trial, not where Obama can release them to kill again. We don’t need to understand them, except to find them - and kill them all.
