One of the funniest things was on the show 'Sanford and Son'. Two cops would come by the house. White cop and black cop. White cop would speak very formally, using a lot of copspeak, and then Fred and Lamont would look at the black cop for an interpretation.Remember the POlice

I recall long agoo some Star Trek type TV show with a black character, and someone described him as African American.
