They’ll probably just give you an extra second on your break. I’m glad they are doing it in June. SW Pennsylvania summers are a lot more pleasant than our winters.

Everybody on the planet, on June 30 at midnight, should all run to the EAST for a minute or so
You might want to qualify that with "June 30 at midnight, Greenwich Mean Time". Or we'll have these people running east for no purpose. It might have the happy side effect of sending thousands of Manhattanites into the East River.

Well, it’s been a few years now. Back in the 70s there was one almost every year, almost all added on 12/31. The most recent was added on 6/30, I believe.

They added 2 seconds to 1972, I was in Vietnam at the time and resented it greatly. I already had an extra day because of February 29.
