Wow! How easily you abandon Freshmen.
You have no idea why he broke his pledge .. so hyper-ventilating and calling him names seems to be the only solution.
Really ..??
He did explain why he didn’t join the rebellion .. but evidently nobody has paid attention. Typical.
His comment made sense to me .. “the rebellion” was not organized (which was true) .. and many of the people not wanting to vote for Boehner .. were NOT PEOPLE HE KNEW .. AND THEREFORE, HE WAS NOT SURE HE COULD TRUST THEM. If you don’t know the persons you’re supposed to be voting with .. they can change their vote at the last minute, and you can be left holding the bag; isolated and bleeding in the corner.
That is no way to start your time in the House.
Besides, the public has been calling and calling and driving the GOPe nuts. Great! So, it seems the two men who were removed from their previous assignments .. are going to be re-considered.
It would be a better use of your time and energy to just call Boehner’s phone: 202-225-0600 .. and let his office know that we’re not happy about his treatment of new representatives .. and he better turn off the “revenge” button before the public gets really mad.
just call Boehners phone: 202-225-0600 .. and let his office know that were not happy about his treatment of new representatives

Yes, that what should be done and explain that it is because they are all a bunch of little boys with no balls that we should have never sent to Washington in the first place because they just are not strong enough to not bend over and let John Boehner and the D.C. insiders have their way with them.
“You have no idea why he broke his pledge”
Don’t need to, don’t care. If you don’t intend to keep a pledge, don’t make it.
Your rationalization makes no absolutely no sense to me, nor does it to anyone who gives this 5 minutes worth of thought!
You have got to be kidding. He knows he can’t trust Boehner so it stands to reason that anyone else he votes for has to be at least as trust worthy.
He did not need an alternative. Being another present vote would have expressed his voters’ wishes just as well.
