That is not the same at all. The attack on Falwell was a personal attack, not a a satire of a religion. There is no equivalence between Falwell and Mohmmed. Mohammed didn’t sue the magazine.

Yes, and Falwell LOST the case because it was considered "satire".

Even Scalia pounded that point home.

In an ironic twist, Falwell and Flynt later ended up as friends.
