Doubt we will see those. If she has claimed sexual assault, she is probably protected by “rape shield” laws, so nobody can identify her or publish photos of her.

If it turns out that she falsely cried rape then SHE should be charged and NOT the nephew. It does seem odd that there is no mention of what the girl claimed happened - was it rape or consensual?
And no mention of her fighting him off, no mention of any injuries to her.
Notice that he is only "suspected" of sexual assault.
The fact the girl was naked and the uncle was not doesn't prove or disprove anything.
