Similar laws are already on the books in 10 states around the country, including Florida, California, New York and Washington, DC. I don't know what they are talking about. I'm in California, and I wear one almost every day (except in the summer).
Except it is not a "Hoodie". It is a sweat-coat with a hood... Where did the word "Hoodie" come from? It is a generic sweat-coat with a hood. The type people have been using for the last 50 years.
