Walker’s touting of great crop of Governors (which he refuses to exclude Christie & Bush in the touted group) is a slap in the face to Mike Lee, Ted Cruz and other great GOP members in congress.
The media touts GOP governors so they can bash Congress indirectly.

Mike Pence is another one of these RINOs lurking the shadows.
Apparently the GOP should where possible have a legislative that caves and causes no trouble for the executive.

A conversation featuring Governor Chris Christie of New Jersey, Governor Bobby Jindal of Louisiana, Governor Mike Pence of Indiana, and Governor Scott Walker of Wisconsin.
Walker-Carson 2016!
“Scott Bauer wishes! Wisconsin Stands With Walker...”
I think so.
Walker has earned more than the benefit of the doubt.
From your lips to God’s ears....I’ve spread some stuff and don’t get all the way to open borders the way you do....so whatever, I’m still very comfortable with him as a presidential candidate.
This is great news. Walker got all wobbly. Let this ring true for the Bushies and amnesty lovers running for president. They aint seen nothing yet. I saw speculation that Bush is going to try to stay out of Iowa. He couldn’t win Iowa ever but to wimp out is verry weak from a man.
I, for one, am fed up with so called conservatives who walked away from Jim Talent and gave us Claire McCackle. Talent wasn't pure enough.
Dummies Ted Cruz & Mike Lee don’t have the brains apparently to know where to sign if they were executive.
Rand Paul, Eye Doctor, apparently also have the dexterity to move a pen if he wanted to be executive.
Please take the time to see what Walker did in Wisconsin.. Death threats to his family over his agenda and he stayed with it. All the folks here that latch onto a carefully worded statement fall into the tr Obama laid for America. Too many watched what he said not what he did. Look at what Walker did not what he says. For Pete’s sake, we should all at least learn from the past.
It became an issue when he publicly asked his legislature not to bother with it.
Xzins,
The devil is always in the details and the true problem is that Mike Pence thought he had to put forward an Immigration plan when instead, he should have just called for a fence and enforcing the current laws on immigration.
Walker signed onto a popular agenda and hired bodyguards.

“I think that would be a huge distraction for us in the state,” he said.

Walker said as a candidate in May 2010 that he would sign an Arizona-style bill if he were elected, after initially saying he had serious concerns about the law, SB 1070.

Scott Walker has taken heat the past few weeks for his stance on Arizona’s bill. In an interview with El Conquistador, Walker spoke out against the bill saying that the Arizona law usurped the rights of the federal government and provided broad powers to local officials.
Two weeks after our interview, the Associated Press (AP) got involved and published Walker’s view on Arizona’s law. This caused a disturbance on Walker’s Facebook page. Some supporters said they were stunned by his position, and others said they were changing their support to Mark Neumann. The next day, Walker released a statement saying he was now satisfied with Arizona’s modified bill (HB2162C). He said the revised bill did not violate the 10th Amendment, and it also provided sufficient safeguards to protect against racial profiling.
Ah...so bodyguards are all you need there? You have no idea what went on here day after day while Act 10 was being debated.....and bodyguards didn’t accompany his kids to school who were threatened. But then to you its just hiring some body guards. Sorry to say...you haven’t a clue
Mike Pence when the GOP were near their weakest point in 2006-2007 tried to rescue the amnesty agenda of Bush.
When the GOP were weak in 2012-2013 the same wimps and vultures emerged.

At some point, D.C. needs to actually do something, say something, said Haley, who also did not offer an opinion on details such as a path to citizenship. It is causing a divide across this country, the longer they put off making a decision.
Others at the Phoenix gathering offered varying views on immigration reform.
Some, such as Texas Gov. Rick Perry, Florida Gov. Rick Scott and Indiana Gov. Mike Pence, advocated for securing the border first, which for years has been a common Republican refrain.
You could do a 21st-century, modern, guest-worker program without amnesty and solve the problem going forward for this country, added Pence, a former U.S. representative.

“Mexicans now living without authorization in the United States will go home to better jobs, he said.”
LOL. Rick Perry touting self deportation like Romney and Kobach did.
CO, KY, MT,and PA are likely to. Looks like an interesting month!!
I am not from his state so I don’t know the details, but it seems in the article he laid out priorities regarding budget and tax cuts. He seems to think those are attainable goals where RTO may be a hornets nest. Again, I don’t know the full motivation, but I don’t have a problem with political astuteness. I still think the article is simply a new years hit piece. I still think if the legislature puts a bill on his desk, that he would probably sign it rather than veto it, so I put the ball in the legislatures court.
why is that an open borders policy???, our legal immigraton policy sucks...make it a lot easier, put necessary restrictions on it, make it available, and regulate those who use it.....just like every other country!!!
That is the legislature's intent, Walker asked them not to because there were more important issues. I guess he presumes they can only do one thing at a time.
I saw her on a hunting show take a buck. Now that’s a governor I can support! Needs to bring that rifle to Washington DC!
Mike Pence is another one of these RINOs lurking the shadows.
your first point was ludicrous at best....your second point indicates that you know NOTHING about conservative Republicans.....NOTHING.........Pence a Rino???Yeah, right....pathetic
