I love the results, but surprised. Seems like so many good GOP voters are just go along get along, as evidenced by the past two presidential primaries where there is a fair amount of uninformed decisions made. I am happy to see 60% are in tune enough to realize how bad this lack of leadership has been...and that 2014 happened despite the party power players, not because of them.

It does not matter. I live in GA’s 7th congressional dist. The most conservative in the state. Our little RINO rep Rob Woodall will never fail to vote for Boehner. He will never fail to vote however Boehner tells him on any legislation. Yet for some inexplicable reason we just re-elected him for 2 more years. Hopefully the last 2 years.

The poll only matters as it influences district by district. If it’s a national poll including voters currently in districts that have elected Democrat reps, it won’t really matter.

The only way this poll makes a difference is if the 60% level holds for each district currently or to be represented by a Republican.

People in GA probably know nothing about Rep. Woodall and just vote for a name they recognize.

No Woodall was John Linder’s senior aide so when Linder retired he endorsed Woodall to succeed him. I personally voted for I think Jodi Hice in the primary but then we all voted for Woodall in the General. We gave him 2 more years in 2014 and he has immediately turned on us. I think we are going to primary him next go around in 2016.
