I have a bottle of Gringo Bandito in my kitchen, and it does say that on the label. Very good, not very expensive.

As an Anglo, am I not entitled to be highly offended by use of the term “Gringo” and sue all the “racists” involved with the product?
I add a pinch of cayenne pepper to any tomato based dish; especially good in Cajun style red beans. Just a tad will make the flavor explode, but will not be too spicy. I even add it to my honey/ginger glaze for smoked salmon.
