And now they dispute it? Stinks to high heaven. Sounds like a liberal judge allowed it.

Several things don’t add up.

Judge allowed the marriage to stand, but Edith Hill had been declared legally incapicated for several years.

A {different?} judge appointed a new guardian for Hill. The guardian arrived to take Hill away to Barber’s home.

[Sounds like the guardian was in cahoots with Barber.]
