That is a bet I would be willing to take. One of the very few times I disagree with Dr. Williams.

No Dr. Williams, Same as today, roughly 5-10 percent would be conservative.
He qualified that bet with a “when” or “if” they figure out how they are being used. Your bet is that the majority of blacks will never figure it out.
There is hope, a sliver, but there is hope.
That example proves nothing and is only part of the story. We all know that the majority of blacks in any position of authority have mostly likely been placed there by their corrupt enablers (the left, communists, etc...). Your statement implies that blacks are inherently incapable of governing.
