The problem for liberalism is two-fold.
As the author points out, one of the problems is that the lies that were told, from “shovel-ready” stimulus, to Obamacare, to racial fear-mongering, to foreign policy, etc., have indeed been exposed as lies. The other problem for the left is that the policies themselves have failed, something which the people feel and see in their everyday lives, no reporting necessary.
Liberal lies have been exposed, but this only exposes the purveyors of liberalism. More importantly liberalism itself has been proven to be a disaster, in every way, for the people.
Barack Obama and liberal policies have literally killed the Democratic Party, and for the reason the author states above, I don’t believe the suck-up media can save it.

Thanks to Obama forcing people to buy into the Obamacare pyramid scheme, killing the economy with it and bringing over all his leetle friends from Mehico to take away their jobs among all the other BS they are starting to wakeup. Even those most ditzy blonde gets it after she’s been dumped on a few times. The former 0 supporters were extremely naieve and inexperienced in dealing with a professional conman of the highest order who had the deepest pockets and guidance to draw from to create the illusions he needed to dupe them (i.e. being straight, Christian, and married of which only one is true). I believe Satan guides his footsteps through Soros...
And then he apologized. Big whoop.
Peaple at large are not buying the racial lies either. Only blacks and libs believe America’s police are gunning for unarmed black youths.

I checked out the delusional website over at revcom.com. Here’s the problem that I see...
My 25 yo son is not politically active but he frequently says that he wants revolution. Why? Because he is at the bottom of the pool while he sees those at the top taking more and more from those below them. In a way I don’t blame him. We are ruled by thieves.
My worry is that he would be attracted by a sham group like this because of their rhetoric instead of realizing that saving America is the key to a free future.
And if he would be attracted, more would be attracted. That puts the onus on us to talk with our youth.

That's true, but the real story (not yet covered by the citizen journalists) is just how many Grubers there are in the Federal government, and just how much their "research" limits, constrains, and even govern what Congress may and may not do.
I have had many liberals finally admit to me that they voted for Obama and wish they hadn’t this year. Some very stout former supporters. They really believed him in 2008. I just tell them I could tell he was a conman back then and still is and it its only going to get worse because of him (yeah I want it to sting a little). I also tell them that the Tea Party is just made up of patriots who understand why the Constitution was written the way it was after 600 plus years of suffering by the people who migrated here. They now know we we’re right all along.

What you said, AND they feel lying is no problem, because they (think they) are so much smarter than everyone else that it is justifiable to lie to get people to follow their agenda.
