The FBI and the President may claim that the Hermit Kingdom is to blame for the most high-profile network breach in forever. But almost all signs point in another direction. So, The Interview is to be released after all. The news that the satirical moviewhich revolves around a plot to murder Kim Jong-Unwill have a Christmas Day release as planned, will prompt renewed scrutiny of whether, as the US authorities have officially claimed, the cyber attack on Sony really was the work of an elite group of North Korean government hackers.
All the evidence leads me to believe that the great Sony Pictures hack of 2014 is far more likely to be the work of one disgruntled employee facing a pink slip.

evidently not.
kim jong un will now threaten to nuke their offices....
Sony, a HUGE Obama and DEMOCRAT supoorter, will get MILLIONS in “terrorism insurance” if it’s NK......that’s why the FBI came out almost immediately and said it was NK!!! It’s a DISGRUNTLED Fired Employee, they get nothing.....so what did the “JUST US” Dept do??? Why, they said it was the Terrorist state of NK, so Sony will collect MILLIONS from this turkey!!!
perhaps thats why their stock rose the other day??
The hack job happened. The threats were manufactured. People thought they looked brave by attending the movie when what they really did was follow the herd with Sony Marketing being the lead bull.
If an attack had actually happened in one of the theaters the number of courageous people would have plummeted and all the rest of the theaters would have been empty.
HELLO!!! They will get MILLIONS from the :terrorist insurance” payouts, PLUS whatever they get from SAPS!
You'll come out a winner if you bet Obama is lying every time he opens his mouth.
“You’ll come out a winner if you bet Obama is lying every time he opens his mouth”.
I am like you, I am always a winner when it comes to Obama. Everything is made up bullshute. Time people quit buying the crap that comes out of this mobster government.
Oh, and that plane over the Ukraine? Russia didn’t do it.
Sony is reaping the profits, but this movie, dumb as it is, is teaching millions of young people about the evils of communism. I don't think that's an accident - I think we're looking at a carefully thought-out op.
If this hack was to be assigned to a foreign government, Iran would be a much better prospect.
They are still burned about STUXNET, and a chance to throw a scare into the Great Satan would be very tempting.
And they have a number of connections already with North Korea (Axis of Evil, does anybody remember?).

Is it possible that we, with our head in sand, allow the commie elites in government and media to lead us to our own demise while they get richer?
I agree with you. They keep parading the “former deputy director of ........” who states with confidence, although they haven’t worked for the referenced agency in 10 years and never did anything more complex than review time cards, that it was absolutely NK.
And they ignore the directors of sophisticated security firm, some of which the Feds hire because they lack the expertise, who are 99.99% sure that it was an inside job with an alliance with an outside group.
The only other reason that the FBI would hold on to this ridiculous discredited finding is if they are going to use it for a false flag operation in the near future.
I think if the movie finds it’s way into the DPRK, Rogen will need bodyguards for the rest of his life.
NK didn’t do it.
The pay-back was from JAPAN, not from the USA.
Of course, but I'm trying to be positive here for Christmas. Talk to me in a week and I'll be much more sensible.
China. China would be a much better prospect. They can make it look like the entire hack came from one of the six total computers in NK.
NK's internet access is through China.
NK gets its daily sustinence from China.
NK gets its marching orders from China.
If this wasn't China, then it was NK hackers trained and hosted in China.
There's no way NK did this on their own. They don't have the facilities, hell they don't even have electricity for lights in the damn' country. If anything, China was behind this.
I'd bet the farm on that.
Nice trick, Sony.
As soon as the Administration associated Al Sharpton with reviewing Sony in this incident, it became clear they were being extorted for something. Don’t know what, but it isn’t legitimate.
Don’t forget that Iran hacked in the Sands casino company because the owner made anti-Iran and pro-Isreal statements. It could have been a blueprint for the DPRK.
An Op by whom? I’d like to believe a concerted effort in that direction, but....
