EDITOR: We must have been pretty good kids this year. The holidays have arrived, and President Obama Claus finally has some goodies in his sleigh — ones we’ve eagerly awaited the past several years. While they might not equal a brand new pony, at least they feel like a very sweet puppy. The Grinch will likely try to pilfer these gifts, as soon as we doze off. But for the moment, let these tidings bring a little comfort and joy.

Government cannot give anything that it does not first take from another and will not give without skimming off a little for itself first. Santa does not take from some to give to others. Just as there is no Santa there are no free rides, someone always pays. Giving, true giving, cannot exist in any type of economy other than a free capitalistic economy. Sadly, this person has no idea what an economy is, just like most of our politicians.

Too bad the Claus isn’t giving out his own wealth. He should be called ObamaHood in that he first robs some to “give” to others.

Calling Obama “president” is the mark of an idiot or a traitor.
