Sony's a private corporation. It's up to them to have decent enough computer security to protect its assets. If they don't, they're responsible for insuring their assets. It's a business decision, not a federal issue, if they don't show the movie.

Why is the government even involved? DC, get a grip. There's more important stuff to worry about than a corporation that doesn't want to take responsibility for its failings.
