They never consult about their “fixes” with each other, so there’s lots of overlap and redundancy.
They seek fixes for problems that don’t exist, which - in turn - creates even more problems that need “regulating”.

Ya know, CONgress can Require the head of every department in the Administration to READ FOR THE RECORD all Regulations they have written and implemented, and they can do it every year, Force these assholes to spend 5 days with NO BREAKS Allowed. If you cannot read it into the Official Record, it is Invalid.

There is a saying “Ignorance of the law is no excuse” Often said in solemn tones to indicate the dignity of such wisdom...
But I can’t find anyone who can tell me WHERE in the lawbooks that requires you to know every law and deems you to be breaking the law if you don’t.
And with 27 millions words JUST in the EPS regs 9this year alone!) it is impossible to know all the laws (ok regulations too ) and I am DYING for some lawyer to bring this up and get a ruling precedent on this.
That alone would be the single biggest blow to the government in years. They could no longer arrest anyone for illegally killing a snail darter if it could be reasonably expected that they did so because they had no clue the government had such a (stupid) law, among many other obscure rules you can’t possible be expected to know

In order to justify their salaries they have to keep on producing more and more garbage, regardless if it makes sense or not. And yes I am very well aware that we have to have a certain amount of rules and regulations, but there is also a happy medium dictated by common sense, but that’s something what has fallen along the wayside long time ago.
EPA is just the tip of the iceberg. Last week the federal government released 700 pages of new regulations for franchise holders aimed at increasing minimum wages. Beware the “administrative state”.
