Yes I’m sure he was getting checks that size,i probably should have clarified he owns the property and the drilling company so he was just developing his own property.His company is one of the largest privately owned oil drilling companies in the United States,also I should have said his property is on the PA. side of the border so he was able to (massage)”frack” the site.Another friend owns 2 ancient wells that have never been fracked 5 miles away and he’s pulling over a hundred barrels a month with ancient equipment.Hell I’d be happy with the 2 ancient wells.
Why restrict it to the Southern Tier? The entire upstate has been a basket case for many years and it is just getting worse. Between the unions, the enviros, and the Liberals there is not much left except the nice scenery and they have confiscated most of that as their personal playgrounds too.
