Yep, it’s always how it happens. The GOPe controls the money and fundraising machinery and they’ll like Jeb just fine. Of course they hate Ted Cruz or anyone as “extreme” so the power to give also implies the power to hold back.

It’s just a damn shame that conservatives have wasted the past 6 years and now act all outraged that moderate RINO like Jeb or Mitt might end up as the 2016 nominee. What did they expect?

Sometimes worse than others, this move by Jeb is bold and early, and in 2008 Romney held big fund raising spectacles early, to send a clear message, and at the same time was letting it be known that he would tapping into his own money, which he did, by about 45 or 50 million.
