On Monday (December 15, 2014), the Thomas More Law Center (TMLC), a national public interest law firm based in Ann Arbor, MI, along with two other entities, asked the US Supreme Court to review the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals decision which upheld a California public school’s ban on the display of the American flag because it feared the flag might incite Mexican students to violence. In his minority dissent, Judge Diarmuid O’Scannlain criticized the decision as permitting “the will of the mob to rule our schools.”

When you become a citizen, you’re supposed to pledge allegiance to the country and the flag. This is what happens when you have a bunch of illegal aliens in our schools that have no allegiance to this country. They are just here for the bennies. Mob rule cannot be allowed.

In a recent daydream of mine, President Cruz signed a bill which turned out a disbanded ninth circus. He expanded the jurisdiction of nearby appellate courts in its place.
All the justices were sent home, with pay of course. No messy impeachments necessary.

It has been finished since 2008. We missed a chance in 2012 but so many brilliant Americans decided they would rather have King Obama than vote.

I wonder what would happen if Americans went to Mexico, demanded free stuff and threatened violence against any Mexican wearing a shirt with a Mexican flag on it. Somebody would be beheaded.
If someone is offended by our flag they are free to leave. We don’t need people here who are not loyal to our nation.
