When the police won’t respond, that’s essentially the Blacks shutting them down.

If there was total involvement by the police, it’s still a tough situation when officers are called in from all over, and the rioters flank them and kill off as many as they can.
We saw in Ferguson that the National Guard was deployed then not sent into the actual city where the rioters were looting and burning down buildings. So what point did it make to have them deployed? As long as we have people like Obama in charge the military will be mistreated and not allowed to fully engage to stop violence and criminal acts.
