Far from it.

Cuba will use the cash they'll get from the enhanced relationship to build up a military to challenge us.

Like China, another successful project of the 'free trade' bottom line crowd.

Who better to teach our dictator than their dictator?

That's not what 0bama thinks. 0bama thinks he's a better speech writer than his speech writers. 0bama thinks he's a better economist than his economics advisers. 0bama thinks he knows more about foreign policy than his foreign policy advisers.

I gare-own-dam-tee you 0bama thinks he knows more about communism and dicktatering than any communist dictator that has ever lived.

Obama and his ilk are not longing for capitalism.

Though as with “Doi Moi” in Vietnam, their government soon learned their was a lot to be gained through markets.

Not that I agree with øbola’s usurpation of the Constitution again, but Congress isn’t going to do anything about it.

Vietnam had a funny sort of system when I went back there in 2000. Starting in Saigon, which is pretty wide open, the governmental strictures seemed progressively tighter the further north one goes, until Hanoi, which though still French provincial, is clearly still communistic...but for the illusion of the vendors at Hoan Kiem Lake.

I doubt that’s changed much. I keep hoping as the rulers get older....

Castro and his little brat wouldn’t survive in a capitalist economy.
