Interesting...considering the REPUBLICANS are funding Amnesty.
The funding won’t matter.
The only thing that could get around a federal court order is LEGISLATIVE AMNESTY as opposed to what these lawsuits are addressing which is EXECUTIVE AMNESTY.
Legislative amnesty would be the comprehensive immigration reform bill that the Senate has passed. The House would need to bring it up for a vote. Boehner could possibly cram it through using all the democrats and breaking the Hastert rule which he is prone to do. But in the next Congress it is not yet known if Boehner can cram it through. It’s an uncertainty at present.
After Legislative Amnesty there is a fallback on the Supreme Court by the States as they are harmed by any effort at amnesty.
