With the dramatic expansion of China’s economy over the past two decades has come an equally dramatic increase in the Asian giant’s defense spending. Though the Chinese military remains a decade or more behind the United States in terms of general capabilities, according to most experts, there are pockets of technology where the People’s Liberation Army is making great strides, and one of those areas is combat aviation.
