Lindt Cafe is a franchise from what I heard...not owned by Lindt. Also Lindt Chocolate USA is only half owned by Lindt.

This has nothing to do with Lindt chocolates, per se. Please read PUGACHEV's post about the location of the shop:
He picked that shop bc it's across from major news broadcasters, near the major train and bus lines, near the shopping and big banking / businesses.
