My Colorado GOP Representative Doug Lamborn voted “NO.”

And my Colorado Rep also voted "NO" - the Überliberal Jared Polis(D).

COLO Reps voting NO: DeGette(D), Lamborn(R), Polis(D)

Strange bedfellows indeed. I can't remember the last time I pictured Lamborn sandwiched between DeGette and Polis. :-)

COLO Reps voting YES: Coffman(R), Gardner(R), Perlmutter(D), Tipton(R)

I wonder how Heritage Action counts this kind of a vote towards their overall "0% to 100%" voting-record-score? Is it? ---
(A) Their overall score goes down if they voted yes, and up if they voted no; PERIOD.
Or is it,
(B) Their score goes up/down via a complex formula that combines how they voted with their motivation?
