I still have a hard time with the concept that bureaucrats in Washington are micro managing what kids have for lunch at schools all across the country. Just can’t get my arms around the concept that somehow it is the business of Congress, President, First Lady, what schools do for lunch.

Heck back in my day, school didn’t even have a cafeteria. We all had to bring lunch from home.

for some reason, I think it should be up to the parents in any individual school district to determine what their kids eat for lunch,

and if they don’t like what the school board decides,
send lunch with their kids.

It’s not the food, it’s idolotry of XBOX and cell phones and the like, in general just neglect of health, both physical and spiritual.
But, of course we see the exceptions all the time but, those kids shall suffer too, for the common good.
